Start your day with connection and intention. The Morning Check-In is a daily call, held Monday to Friday, where you can share how you’re feeling and set your intentions for the day ahead, the call lasts around 20 minutes.
For the Foundations of You Wellness Day, we’re bringing this experience to life both in-person and online. Participants in the room will join a live Zoom call with individuals from around the world, creating a sense of global community. Together, we’ll check in, listen, and support one another as we lay the groundwork for a mindful and purposeful day.

Kasia is a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, specialising in complex trauma and suicide. Her personal experience of losing her son to suicide gives her deep insight into both trauma and complex grief. Having lived through the experience of suicide, Kasia is skilled in navigating difficult conversations with care and ensuring safety.
As a single mother to Jakub, who has transitioned, and Ria, aged 13, Kasia brings both personal and professional insight to her work. She is the founder of JaksWorld, a charity focused on suicide awareness, prevention, and postvention. Kasia facilitates peer support groups and actively builds communities of practice by hosting monthly relaxation sessions within her community, dedicating her efforts to creating safe and supportive environments for those affected by trauma and loss.
In addition to her charity work, Kasia volunteers with The Arukah Project, empowering vulnerable people to make positive changes in their lives and break free from cycles of incarceration and addiction.

Led by Jacob Sibley, Founder of Ikiyōyō-Ryu Bujutsu and Village Dojo, and a highly experienced martial artist and educator, this self-defence class offers an engaging and practical introduction to personal safety.
