If you feel like you are drinking a lot of water, but still lacking energy and using the toilet every 40 minutes or so, your body may not be absorbing the water and simply filling your bladder up, try our simple recipe to ensure water absorption.

2 litres of water

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

dash of lemon juice 

1 teaspoon of honey 

Combine all together in the waterbottle and shake till everything is dissolved and drink throughout the day.
